Exhibit Design

No job description such as "exhibition stand constructer" exists. To design and construct a successful assembly in order to create a profitable exhibit presence, a team of specialists is required.

Everything starts with the designers and architects who create a 3D draft of the exhibition booth based on the customer's wishes. When the draft is finalized, a merchant calculates the costs and sends out a proposal. After the order, the production starts. This requires painters, carpenters, locksmiths and so forth who create all the necessary parts according to the architect's design. When all of the parts are finished, a logistician must schedule the time frame for the transport of all parts to the trade show as well as the assembly, disassembly and the transport back to the exhibit company.

Various different professions are required to construct an exhibition stand of perfect caliber. To ensure the proper workflow, every exhibition stand has a project manager who is responsible for all aspects of the booth and logistics. The project manager acts as the central partner between the customers, craftsmen and designers.
